Born and raised in Birmingham, Fist RS also known as Fist from N.O.D.B is a versatile rap artist fusing sounds from Grime, afrobeats, reggae, dancehall and UK rap to create a fresh hybrid of playful vibes with a unique twist that take you on a journey unlike any other. Fist was surrounded by reggae from a young age as his father was part of Bismark sounds in Birmingham which later influenced the jungle, drum n bass and grime sounds that can certainly be felt in his music. His pained childhood and experiences growing up in Aston / Handsworth can be heartfelt in his lyrics since making music from a young age. Telling his own story through music has enabled Fist to express the distress of losing his siblings at a young age and troubled times growing up – Which he calls therapy and a release from all his worries.
