Revilla Films has joined forces with the Connecticut National Guard to produce a series of three impactful commercials. This collaboration aims to highlight the diverse opportunities offered by the Guard, from education and career development to community service and leadership.

One of the commercials will specifically focus on soldier recruitment within the Hispanic community, emphasizing cultural values such as family, education, and perseverance. Through compelling storytelling and cinematic visuals, the campaign seeks to inspire a new generation of Hispanic recruits to see the Guard as a path toward a brighter future.

After leaving Telemundo, I founded Revilla Films, Connecticut’s first Spanish-speaking film production company, to create cinematic content that tells compelling stories. 

As the owner and creative director, I oversee every aspect of production, specializing as a producer, director, director of photography, and editor. 

I’m dedicated to delivering cinematic, high-quality, impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences, combining creative vision with technical expertise at every step of the process. 

My hands-on approach ensures that each project reflects my passion for storytelling and attention to detail.

2013 — Present • 13 yrs | Revilla Films

I started my career in media at Telemundo New England / NBC Universal as a Master Control Operator and Supervisor, before being promoted to Commercial and Promotions Producer and Production Manager. 

In this role, I managed the entire production department, overseeing the creation of commercials and leading a team of editors and camera operators. I also produced and hosted Two Zona con Luis Revilla, a TV show that aired for seven years. 

This experience allowed me to sharpen my skills in both production management and creative content development.

2010 — 2018 • 8 yrs | Telemundo Nueva Inglaterra / NBCUniversal

Revilla Films partnered with Middletown Public Schools, the Middletown Aerospace Program, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to create a 19-episode series focused on drone safety. 

In close collaboration with the FAA, we ensured that the series met the highest standards of accuracy and compliance with aviation regulations. 

This partnership highlights our commitment to educating the public while promoting safe drone operation practices.

Revilla Films worked closely with Holyoke Public Schools to create two impactful teacher recruitment campaigns, one in English and one in Spanish. 

Both campaigns featured real teachers and students, highlighting the personal stories and experiences that make teaching in Holyoke unique. 

Our team at Revilla Films crafted the videos to resonate with a diverse audience, showcasing the strength and passion of the school community.

Holyoke Public Schools

Revilla Films teamed up with Middletown Public Schools to produce a series of 19 episodes focused on drone safety, in partnership with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). 

These educational videos are designed to provide students with essential knowledge on responsible drone operation, safety protocols, and the rules governing airspace. 

Our goal is to equip the next generation with the skills and awareness needed to safely navigate the rapidly evolving world of drone technology.
