We will do a 60 minute session adjusted to your needs to get the maximum out of your training. If you want more information first, feel free to book an intake talk, so we can meet each other. Sign up for a session at the studio or for online coaching . If you are more than one person to join the session, only one person will be able to sign up for everyone. You are able to cancel the session 24 hours up front after booking.

We will work on all the basics : Pushups, Pullups, L-sits, Dips, Skin the Cat, Handstand, pistol squats.. Once we gain enough strength we start to work on the basics of of tuck planche, tuck frontlever, freestanding handstand, elbow levers and other balance tricks. You don't need experience to start, only motivation. We work with a punchcard system so you can join either on tuesday or friday according to your schedule of the week. It is recommended to join at least once a week to see progress. Weekly class on tuesday 18:15(wiedauwkaai 51) friday 18:15-indoor (meulesteedsesteenweg 400)in the winter time. Outdoor at rabotpark when it's warmer- we decide in the community chat or you will receive a mail if your are new.

You want to level up your calisthenics skills. We will work up to: muscle up, frontlever, backlever, planche, Handstand pushups, Handstand presses, basic freestyle: kipup, 360 and small combo's Requirements for Men: +/- 15 pushups +/- 10 dips +/- 5 pullups +/- 15 sec Lsit +/- 1 min handstand on the wall Requirements for Women: +/- 10 pushups +/- 7 dips +/- 3 pullups +/- 15 sec Lsit +/- 1 min handstand on the wall
