We met Felix M to do some gardening work and realised that he is qualified to do a lot more. When he introduced us to his business partner Thomas R we decided to contract them for balcony repairs. When that was completed to our fullest satisfaction we asked them to build a complying deck of just under 10 sqm. As a team they completed the job again to our fullest satisfaction. Initially Felix and Thomas were contracted to remove a large tree and carry out excavation and rectification works in my courtyards. Their expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism were so exceptional that our Stata Committee then hired them to provide waterproofing solutions for the large garage and side storage areas of our complex. All works were completed efficiently, competently and with respect for the homeowners. They are very qualified, pro-active, and unintrusive.
