FOUNDATION is a 6-week, self-piloted strength program designed to build resilient movement, sustainable strength, and consistent daily habits. The program progresses through three intentional phases: Establish, build, and refine, combining structured strength training with simple, repeatable habits that support long-term consistency across 3x training days per week. Training focuses on controlled execution, intelligent loading, and joint health, without junk accessories or unnecessary volume. Every movement has a purpose, and nothing is included just to make the session feel harder. FOUNDATION is a program, not 1:1 coaching. Youâll be responsible for applying the structure, managing effort, and building consistency using the tools provided. This is not about doing more.
