Michelle is a specialist pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher and maternity complementary therapist. Michelle has 10 years experience as a Community Midwife, promoting normality, supporting women through pregnancy, birth and postnatally. Michelle created Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond 8 years ago as a way to continue her passion to promote a healthy, enjoyable, natural pregnancy. Empowering women and reducing unnecessary intervention. Providing physical and emotional support, continuity and a space where women can get to know other mums and mums-to-be who support each other.
