⋆.˚Break the Spell!⭒.˚

By The Rabbit's Foot is a Hack and Slash Roguelike with charming 3DS style graphics where you survive each encounter by a hare! Set off on your adventure as Samsa, a human boy who is cursed to become a rabbit by an evil Fox Wizard. Help Samsa break his curse by climbing to the top of the Fox Wizard's tower and defeating him before it's too late! 

Despite the curse, Samsa hasn't fully transformed, and will use his new rabbit abilities to his advantage. As he climbs the floors of the tower Samsa will obtain items and power ups to vanquish the Fox Wizard's cat henchmen. This journey is a rocky one, but do not lose hope! Players will be able to progressively bulk up their stats and help Samsa on his journey to defeating the Fox Wizard and restoring his human form!

☘︎ ݁The Ups˖☘︎

-The art direction went incredibly smooth! The team did a good job at improving on previous notes made on the art direction and created a very visually consistent game! 

-The team had a lot of fun working with one another and creating a final product that surpassed any other project done for the course! The team learned a lot about unity along the way and overall created an amazing result!

˚✿The Downs✿˚

-Generally the team procrastinated work. Things like merge conflicts came up on the final days of the project that took lots of time away from adding in more features that may have added some more polish to the game. 

-There was a bit of a learning curb when it came to learning to program within C# which made it difficult to ensure all the game elements interacted with one another properly. 

⋆Key Takeaways⋆

-Sticking to milestones and getting work done early is incredibly important! Had we as a team done so, we would've been able to implement even more features to the final title and not have had to work so much when we had finals for other coursework! 

-Working with a team can be incredibly beneficial! Group projects allow us to highlight one another skills and in part, create something that would otherwise be too difficult for one person to achieve in the time frame that we had for this game.
