I can't open the game because it keeps saying that unity keeps crashing.  So if I extract the files again, will that fix it? Also would it reset my progress?

Update: I'm trying to uninstall and reinstall it but it won't let me uninstall it saying that its open when its obviously not

I am double clicking but it is refusing to run or open
