Hi, I'm Calista — a seasonal game designer and maker who goes by Milicen online.
I care a lot about the feel of things: how a mechanic clicks into place, how a story is told through a captivating in-game cutscene, how a small act of care in a game can land like something real. I make games that try to create those moments.
My background is in web development, multimedia design, and 2D game dev (Godot), with a soft spot for 2D art — pixel art, hand-drawn, illustrated. Outside of games I do crochet, doodling, clay, and whatever other craft has caught my attention that week.
I'm currently looking for game design roles — and I'm open to adjacent ones too, especially where design, code, and craft overlap.
