'What's the craze about ₦10 per share dividend payout? It's not a big amount"… Until you're holding 100,000 shares. Then it's ₦1,000,000. Sitting in your account. For doing absolutely nothing except investing early and staying patient. That's the game, and right now, Nigerian companies are paying out, and the growth numbers are telling a story worth paying attention to. CWG PLC: ₦0.70 per share. Dividend growth: 79% from last year. Payment date: April 17, 2026. Unilever Nigeria PLC: ₦3.25 per share. Dividend growth: 200% from FY 2024. Payment date: May 8, 2026. CAP PLC: ₦3.25 per share. Another 200% growth story. Payment date: May 8, 2026. It’s about participating early, earning passively, and building consistency that compounds into wealth over time. Small per-share payouts can become meaningful income when paired with patience and scale. Build wealth here: Cowrywise.com/stocks

What if the best customer service isn't about responding at all? What if it's about knowing what the customer needs before they say it? That was the question sitting in the middle of the Cowrywise CX Blueprint that happened last Saturday. Tega Orherhe CXAC (Cert) opened our eyes with the bubble-and-pebble analogy, a simple but powerful way of showing that every customer interaction creates ripples. You're always creating them. The only question is whether they're intentional or accidental and great CX doesn't just respond, it anticipates. Chinedu Udeze, MBA then walked us through his W Model to Impact; a framework that maps the full journey of a customer relationship: Discover your customer → extract insights that drive direction → move toward impact, outcomes, and advocacy. Advocacy is the real goal because it goes beyond satisfied customers to people who believe in what you've built so deeply, they bring others with them. And Chigozie Ochuba (CSEE) made sure the room stayed alive the entire time. 😂 Nobody was getting away with zoning out on his watch. The CX Blueprint was a reminder that exceptional customer experience is never an accident. It's a decision made over and over again, in every interaction, every ripple, every moment someone chooses to reach out. The brands that understand this last and the specialists who live it lead the way.

What makes people consistent with money? Is it discipline? Motivation? Or simply seeing progress clearly enough to want to keep going? Today, we’re celebrating Christiana Uzonwanne (Tiana), whose work sits quietly at the intersection of behaviour, design, and financial growth. 💙 Tiana has been shaping experiences that help customers build habits that last. From designing monthly streaks that make consistency feel achievable across different income patterns, to reimagining the portfolio experience as a storytelling tool that helps customers clearly understand how their financial behaviour is impacting their wealth over time. Her work focuses on clarity, encouragement, and trust. Her work also reflects strong collaboration across engineering and product teams, ensuring that what we build is not only intuitive, but technically sound and accurate. Tiana’s manager, Feyisayo Sonubi, describes her as very thorough and attentive to detail. She’s eager to take on projects, collaborates seamlessly with the team, and is deeply passionate about creating thoughtful experiences for customers. She consistently advocates for the customer and is always evolving in her craft. In Tiana’s words, one of the things she appreciates most about Cowrywise is the culture and how much the company cares about the growth and well-being of its people, both within and outside work. We’re proud of the curiosity, care, and intentionality she brings to everything she does. Happy anniversary, Tiana. 🚀

One day you’ll leave CX for a “real role.” If you’ve heard this before, you’re not alone. Customer Experience is often treated like a stepping stone. Something you “start with” before moving on to something more “serious.” The truth is, "customer experience" as a specialty is a key the best companies use to understand what customers want. Through customer experience, these companies are able to understand patterns, behaviour, and signals at scale. That’s data, that’s strategy and that’s creating an experience customers can't get elsewhere. If you can’t read your customers, you can’t build anything that lasts, so tomorrow, we’re going under the hood of exactly that. This edition of CX Blueprint focuses on Data, Personalisation & The Power of Predictability, how great CX teams move from reacting to customers… to anticipating them. You’ll be hearing from: Chinedu Udeze, MBA — Experience Strategy & Transformation Advocate Tega Orherhe CXAC (Cert) Orherhe — Senior CX Specialist, Cowrywise Anchored by Chigozie Ochuba (CSEE) Ochuba — CX Specialist, Cowrywise If you’re looking to level up in CX (or finally understand what real impact in this field looks like), this is one you don’t want to miss. Date: Saturday 21st March, 2026 Time: 10:00AM Register here: https://luma.com/lblti0zg See you there.

Eid Mubarak to everyone celebrating! 🎉 Sallah is one of those seasons that brings out the best in us; the generosity, the family time, the food, the joy. It also has a way of bringing out the spending. So as you celebrate today, a gentle reminder from us: enjoy fully, spend intentionally, and let your savings stay exactly where they are. Celebrate, don’t liquidate. 🌚

₦396.5 billion was spent in Lagos during Detty December 2025. So… is the season really slowing down? There’s been plenty of conversation about rising prices, uneven experiences, and talk of the energy shifting to other cities. So we looked at the data with MO Africa Co. Here’s what it shows: • Spending cut across hospitality, entertainment, food, fashion and wellness, with hospitality taking the biggest share by far. • 3.6 million people participated. 1.6 million came by land from other states, and 400,000 arrived from outside Nigeria. • Over 810,000 used paid accommodation, with a clear tilt toward more structured, organised options. • 70% of attendees were between 21 and 40, so it's still very much a young people’s economy. The data doesn’t settle the debate, but it raises a better question: Are we fully capturing the value already here? How do companies really know what customers need? Do they ask a few customers? Or study what most customers consistently do? If your answer leans toward the second, you’re already thinking like a strong CX professional. Customer experience today is less about guesswork and more about: listening deeply, reading behaviour, spotting patterns in data, and knowing what matters before it’s said. That’s where data, personalisation, and predictability meet. The CX Blueprint is back and this edition explores how strong CX teams move from reacting to requests to anticipating needs using data, systems, and insight. If you’re serious about growing in customer experience (beyond tickets and scripts), this session is for you. Join us this Saturday at 10 am. There’s a line your mum said to you once…maybe more than once, that you’ve never quite forgotten. It might have embarrassed you, stopped you in your tracks, maybe even stung a little. But somewhere along the way, it shaped you. This Mother’s Day, show her the words stuck. Show her you grew up to be more than she imagined. Show her that her voice, even the sharp ones, built the person you are today. We built something meaningful for this. Generate a Mother’s Day card with your mum’s best one-liners at Cowrywise.com/mothers-day 🌸

Growing up, your mum had that one line. The one that stopped you mid-nonsense, recalibrated your entire attitude, and somehow stayed with you for the rest of your life. You know exactly which one I’m talking about. This Mother’s Day, we’re turning those lines into something she deserves to see; a card that reminds her that her words stuck, her effort showed, and the human she raised turned out just fine. Create a Mother’s Day card for her at Cowrywise.com/mothers-day 🌸

Cowrywise just got a plantain enthusiast, a volleyball champion, and a legal powerhouse, all in one person. Meet Funmilola Aliu. "My first day at Cowrywise was something else. Beyond the warm onboarding, my colleagues were already asking what sport I play, pulling me into things, and trying to get me in front of a camera. It felt less like showing up to a new job and more like walking into a group of people who'd already made room for you. What got me though was the balance. One minute everyone is locked in, deeply focused, and the next there's a full-blown argument about something completely mundane happening in the kitchen. The past 2, almost 3 weeks have been really cool and I've thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the team. Cowrywise feels like a place that rewards people who think through hard problems and find the best way forward. That's exactly why I studied law, so it feels like I've found my match. Outside work, I love poetry, African literature, psychological thrillers, working out, and volleyball. I also take plantain very seriously. If I ever become president, slandering plantain will be a prosecutable offence. You've been warned. 🌚 😉 At Cowrywise, I'm excited to help build products that move people forward financially, while I keep learning and showing up meaningfully every day. I look forward to ensuring that Cowrywise not only stays on the right side of the law, but to also ensure we're always doing right by our customers.”
