So, it's been a month and a half since my previous post and I finally found out a way to make NG load up! Time to blow off the dust off this account I guess...
UPD: It turned out NG is still loading slow AF for me and sometmes doesn't load pages, but at least it works more than 0% of the time ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
