How do you build culture in a remote company? Here is my top tip from 3+ years of Brigital. Early on at Brigital, we realized something was missing. Not the work, not the projects — but the informal chats. Things like: 🔹"How was your trip to the wine farms?" or 🔹"Did your sourdough survive the weekend this time?" or 🔹"Is your dog still terrified of the new houseplants?" So we found a way to bring those moments back: Every month, we host "Community Updates", where we share personal photos and talk about what's going on in our lives. It’s simple, but it’s been one of the biggest drivers of team cultur. Turning colleagues into friends.
