  • 📬 We're back with another edition of Future Focused. This time, we're exploring change management through a different lens. In the latest instalment of Future Focused, we're joined by Ashley Hinchcliffe: Founder of MAAS Marketing 🍍 and host of the Marketing For Learning® podcast, for an honest, no-nonsense conversation about why so much change still falls flat, and what L&D and HR professionals can do differently. You'll learn: 👉 Why change fatigue is rarely caused by too much change — and what's actually behind it 👉 How to run change like a marketing campaign, not a one-off announcement 👉 Where AI fits into your change communication strategy (and where it doesn't) If you're responsible for leading, communicating, or supporting change in your organisation, this is a must-read.

  • Today is AI Appreciation Day. But here's what many organisations are overlooking: AI adoption is up. But AI capability? Well, that's a different story. Employees across industries are using AI daily - drafting emails, summarising reports, automating workflows. But usage doesn't equal understanding. And that gap is starting to show. The real challenge isn't access to AI. It's knowing how to use it critically, safely, and effectively. In this month's Future Focused, we explore: Why AI literacy goes far deeper than prompting ability.  How AI is changing what makes people valuable at work. What HR and L&D leaders should prioritise beyond tool adoption.   Why clarity and psychological safety matter before training begins.  What's your biggest challenge when it comes to building AI capability in your organisation? Let us know in the comments. 👇

  • ⭐ We wanted to share an exciting update from the GoodHabitz Partnerships Team... We've just been named Rising Star by 360Learning, recognising the fastest-growing, highest-potential partnership in their network. It's a reflection of what we set out to build together: a genuinely joined-up go-to-market, aligned commercial motions, and a partnership that delivers real value for shared customers, not just a logo on a slide. 💜 Huge shoutout and thank you to Hugues Lajouanie, Jerome Goulesque, and Soizic Le Bail at 360Learning for the recognition and for being brilliant partners to work with, and to everyone across GoodHabitz who's helped make this partnership work, from marketing through to sales and customer success. This is just the start. 🚀

We’re extremely proud to share that we’ve been named this year’s winner of the EdTech X Generator Award! 🥳   This award celebrates all the hard work our teams are doing to grow our impact whilst building a business that’s built to last. Our growth, business performance, and operations from the past year were all put under the microscope to show how we’re improving learning and workforce outcomes.   This award is proof that what we’re building isn’t just corporate learning. It’s a movement to change how people learn for good. And it’s working. 💜   Every bit of growth goes back into reaching more learners, launching innovative new products, and continuing to invest in the science behind what makes learning stick. It all comes back to the same mission – empowering humans with the skills to drive organisations forward.    A massive thank you to the organisations and partners that trust us, our learners who show up every day, and our team who never stop working to make learning a habit across the globe.    Stay tuned. The best is still ahead. Read the full story via the link in the comments. 👇

  • 📣 READ ALL ABOUT IT! We're back with a new instalment of Future Focused! Change hits differently depending on where you sit. If you're a manager, you see it coming. You understand the why. You're part of shaping it. If you're everyone else, it arrives as disruption, in the form of: New tools Shifted priorities Unclear expectations. And you're expected to adapt on the fly. We're building change leaders. But we're leaving workforces behind. And in a world where change never stops, that's unsustainable. Read the full story on how we build change capability across the entire organisation.👇

  • How does trust help your employees perform better? 💡 How do you ensure that new employees not only find their place, but can also grow with confidence? This is a question that many organisations are grappling with. Because starting in a new team also means: discovering what is expected of you, learning to receive feedback, and daring to ask questions Take PSV as a source of inspiration... Because whether someone starts at a football club or within an organisation, the first period is often about the same thing: finding your way, getting to know people, and becoming better in your role. 🧭 Watch the video below and hear from PSV goalkeeper Matej Kovář and goalkeeping coach Kevin Begois, to learn why trust, clear expectations, and honest feedback are so important for better performance.👇

  • We asked over 2000 professionals what skills they need most from leaders during change. And 2 skills came out on top: Communication and active listening. Managers on the other hand? Only 35% prioritise communication, and only 32% prioritise active listening. So, if teams are telling managers what they need the most, why the disconnect? How do we fix it? Download our full change management study via the link in the comments for the full story!👇

  • We asked thousands of employees what support they need to navigate change at work. The no. 1 answer? eLearning. 💻 Not the all-hands workshop scheduled three weeks from now. Not the cascade briefing that loses clarity at every layer. Not the "we'll circle back when things settle down." They want on-demand learning they can access exactly when they need it. When a difficult conversation is happening tomorrow. When a new tool launches next week. When stress is running high and resilience is running low. Here's what caught our attention: The format employees are asking for also happens to be the most scalable, cost-effective, and measurable solution available. 🎯 They're telling us what they need. The question is, are we listening? Change isn't just a capability gap. It's an emotional one. And timing matters. Curious to see what else employees told us about navigating change?  Download the full report via the link in the comments. 👇

  • The world moves fast. Tools change, titles change, whole industries change. 🚀 What stays constant is how people actually do their best work: communicating well, leading with clarity, keeping learning when everything around them shifts. That’s what GoodHabitz is built around. And it’s why we’re glad to welcome Tarik Zahzah as our new Regional Director for Southern Europe. Iberia, France, and Italy are three of the most active learning markets we operate in. Buyers are more informed, expectations are higher, and the gap between organisations that invest in their people and those that don’t is becoming harder to ignore. Tarik has spent years working in that gap. INSEAD graduate, P&L leadership across the US, Europe, and MENA. He knows how to build in markets that each have their own logic. Welcome to the team, Tarik. Good to have you on board! 💜
