Last week, we welcomed the SheSharp community to the AI House Amsterdam for the closing event of the 2026 SheSharp Mentorship Programme. After months of mentorship, learning and building meaningful connections, the evening brought together mentors, mentees, and volunteers to celebrate the journeys, achievements and relationships built throughout the programme. It was inspiring to hear stories of growth, reflection and collaboration, and to celebrate a community dedicated to supporting women in tech. A highlight of the evening was hearing from participants about their mentorship journeys and seeing how these connections evolved into meaningful collaborations, including projects built together. Their stories showed how mentorship can create opportunities to learn from one another, exchange ideas and turn connections into real impact. We're grateful to have partnered with SheSharp by hosting this special evening and supporting this milestone. Last week, AI House Amsterdam hosted the MCP Release Party, and the evidence was clear: this is production-ready, not a demo. GitHub saw 500,000 calls using the new MCP specification in just a few weeks. Sam Morrow (GitHub) showed how connections are now simpler and faster, serving far more people. Peder Holdgaard Pedersen (Saxo Bank) demonstrated companies adding custom privacy and security controls, plus live visual interfaces inside chat, not just text. Everyone has a smart AI model now. Almost no one is making money from it. Here is the difference between the two. Intelligence is abundant. What is scarce is intent, knowing what people actually want. That does not live on the open web. It lives in orders and reorders, abandoned carts, the Tuesday night craving at eight in the evening with your budget, your family, and your mood.
