Phone Story Creator
A downloadable tool for Windows
Phone Story Creator is an early demo of a phone-style interactive story editor.
It allows creators to build visual novel projects presented through a simulated smartphone interface. You can create chat conversations, group chats, social media posts, galleries, variables, conditions, branching choices, unlockable apps, and custom app interactions.
This version focuses on completing the core workflow from editing a project to exporting it for the runner. The internal structure and user experience are still in an early stage, so some parts may feel rough or unfinished.
If people are interested in this project, I plan to continue improving the editor by optimizing the structure, polishing the UI, making the workflow smoother, and expanding documentation and examples.
Feedback, bug reports, and suggestions are very welcome.

This is really cool so far and I'm interested in it!
Thanks! this is my first time game developing.
I have been messing with it for a small while, it needs a bit more on the documentation side but it seems promising. I like these kinds of little apps and I'd love to see this one grow into something bigger.
Thanks so much for trying it out and for the kind words!
Yeah, the current version is still more about clarifying the core needs and feature design than being fully stable or polished. I tried to make it as easy to use as possible, while also intentionally limiting too much freedom, because I want this tool to be usable by ordinary people who don’t understand code.
In the AI era, with just a few images and AI-generated videos, it’s already possible to make a visual novel at a much lower cost. That’s the direction I’m interested in exploring.
That said, the stability and features still have a lot of issues right now, and the documentation definitely needs more work. I really appreciate the feedback!
