SecTek: Home Insecurity - Alpha

Moving away for the big city was supposed to be your big moment, your chance to
finally prove yourself to the world. Instead all you got was bills, debt and hardship. 

Just a few years later you learned of your parents' deaths at the hands of a car accident. Their inheritance wasn't much, turns out their situation wasn't much better than yours, but you did notice that included in it was their house, after looking into it you found that living in that house would be cheaper than your current apartment and the jobs seemed decent too.

And so, using the last of the inheritance, you moved out into their old home. But you knew looking for jobs would take its time, and your savings would only last for so long. Thankfully, you spotted a flyer for a small time gig.

The gig was simple, SecTek (the famous home security company) would install their brand new prototype security systems into your house for a week in exchange for you testing it. 

It was perfect, exactly what you were looking for, and so, you took the deal.

SecTek: Home Insecurity is a horror game inspired by the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise and the supernatural horror and home invasion genres. You play as a down on their luck American who makes a deal with the home security company SecTek for money, turns out the deal came with hidden strings attached and now you find yourself being hunted down by mysterious beings known only as “Visitors”.

You must work alongside a shady journalist looking to investigate SecTek in order to survive and along the way learn more about the dark conspiracy you’ve found yourself within.
