I really like the vibe and ideas. It would be great if the problems had some minigames, maybe like Undertale or Mario Party - and the stats make it easier in the actual gameplay. So if a mouse is weak, you can always make it through, it's just really tough. A variety of different minigames for the challenges and attributes could be the source of a lot of amusing humor and interesting gameplay.
This is a very polished game. Quality UI/UX.
Good use of theme.
I'd like to see a bit more 'gameplay', but the theme is spot on and cute art. It's a game.
I think there is some bug that makes my missions fail even without filling up the whole "danger" indicator at the top. It failed randomly and very often. I was unable to progress through the game, so I haven't even seen the Great Cheese Robbery.
Or maybe I'm doing something wrong?
I might have not explained it well ingame.
The danger indicator represents chance to get caught. In other words - roll is made every time you progress mission (or perform loot action) and if the roll is lower or equal that danger value, mission fails.
Btw: thanks for checking up all my games! :-)
Ah, I see now.
So I tried the game again and realized why it feels wrong: I went on a mission, successfully completed first task, then successfully completed second task, and suddenly I got caught and put to prison! That seems unfair and frustrating, because I did nothing wrong.
I believe the roll for police arrival should be done only upon failed tasks (and when trying to grab more gold at the end), not on successful ones.
And yeah, keep up the good work :)
Agreed! I felt the same frustration when being caught right after a successful task. So I agree with your point that rolling for cops only on failure or when trying to be greedy.
Great game!
I really liked the team building aspect!
Thank you. I'm glad you liked it. :-)
