    I am a senior web developer with passion for WordPress.

    Interests

    Hiking, cycling, running, reading, spending time with friends and family.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I started using WordPress in 2010 for my tech blog MojAndroid.sk and soon transitioned into freelance development, eventually founding a small web dev company. Over the years, I contributed to the Slovak WordPress community as a translator, WordCamp speaker, and volunteer.

    I specialized in custom plugin development, working at Webikon and later WP White Security, where I built security and management plugins. I also briefly worked on the WordPress security team, sponsored by Automattic, to develop fixes for vulnerabilities and improve platform security.

    At CloudLinux, I worked on AccelerateWP’s image optimization feature, developing both the WordPress plugin and a cloud-based application to enhance website performance. Later, I joined the Imunify team, first improving our PHP-based malware scanner and then building the Imunify Security plugin to bring server-level protection into WordPress dashboards.
