Performing with a variety of instruments, including banjo, Dolly surreally moved to yakety sax on a breathless Benny Hill theme tune, before ending the first half with Bon Jovi&rsquo;s Richie Sambora, playing licks on a gospel-rock take on Lay Your Hands On Me. Later, Parton shone on Banks Of The Ohio, while she struck a home run with Here You Come Again, the seminal Islands In The Stream, 9 To 5 and encore of her I Will Always Love
