As such, Feorm II <\/i>is an album that bridges different worlds and realities, invoking the aftermath of nuclear holocausts as much as it does warm fires and Christmas time family gatherings. Unsettling and comforting all at once, the John Carpenter-esque tones opener Blurred By Light, the ominous, creepy and portentous strains of The Mine Still Burns and the unnerving hypnotic lull of Ruin, which runs for an epic 19-and-a-half minutes, provide both a soundtrack for and distraction from the horrors and evils of the world outside.<\/p>\n
Whether that\u2019s real or fictional, Feorm\u2019s music is a slow journey by candlelight towards some kind of salvation.
