Absolutely! All your data is stored locally on your device. The app only communicates directly with the payment provider using your API access token or restricted key through official SDK’s. I don’t collect any analytics, and your information is never sent to third-party servers.

Currently Revenue Notify is only integrated with Polar.sh and Stripe. I will support others along with other features on the roadmap.

Yes! Revenue Notify delivers notifications in real-time as events occur in your payment provider account (depending on the polling inteval you have set it to). You can also manually refresh the data when you open the app or pressing the refresh button.

Yes! Each license supports multiple device activations (the exact number depends on your license tier). Simply enter your license key on each device you want to use.

The app needs an internet connection to fetch new data from your payment provider. However, once data is loaded, it’s cached locally so you can still view your dashboard offline.

Mostly. Revenue Notify should be fully usable, although I expect some minor bugs. The goal of the public beta is to get feedback from as many people as possible, across various computing environments, to make sure it works as expected.

I plan to release a stable version of Revenue Notify in the first quarter of 2026. Exact date will depend on the volume of comments I receive.

Purchase a license above. You’ll receive a license key that you can activate in the app’s Settings under the License tab.

The license is a perpetual license. One license key allows you to use the current app version indefinitely. You are also eligible for one year of free updates.

If you don’t want to renew your license after one year, you can continue to use the last version of Revenue Notify that you have for as long as you want.

Purchases are standalone transactions as they are charged one-time not a subscription so you would need to make a new separate purchase.

After 14 days, you’ll need to activate a license to continue using the app. Your data and settings are preserved, so once you activate a license, everything will work exactly as before.

Yes, this is expected. Revenue Notify is NOT yet digitally signed as it is not officially available in any OS stores, you will have to manually approve the app. As each build is unique, you may have to approve the app the first time you run it. After that your good until next release. This warning will no longer be displayed once the app is properly signed, which will be done once I consider the app to be stable.

I have tested on Windows 10 and 11. Older versions of Windows are not supported. No, not even WinXP, and yes we know you love it. Sorry.
