Interesting. I wish there was a way to get rid of dice. If you buy cheap dice it makes the game harder from then on and there's no way to undo it. Also, I wish there was a way to win. I could buy everything, but given some of the upgrades are really permanent downgrades, I don't really want to.
I hadn't realised not getting to remove the crappier dice was a problem until it was too late. The plan is to make the better dice upgrade existing dice rather than add a new die, which will get rid of that problem, just have to wait for the jam to finish. I am yet to figure out what a more satisfying end game would look like as well. Thanks for the feedback
It's a compelling gameplay loop, occasionally frustrating in a good way (when you roll nothing but enemies and double oxygen loss) and occasionally frustrating in a bad way; I ran into a bug when picking up a die where it wouldn't attach to the cursor but instead hovered next to it, meaning it couldn't be put into a slot and thus hard locked the game; the only way I could resolve this was to refresh the page and lose all my progress. It'd be nice to be able to save progress, as far as upgrades and scrap balances go, so that running into that sort of issue isn't as much of a setback
Okay I couldn't reproduce it for the life of me (I have had it once before, but idk what causes it). But I'm pretty sure I've made it impossible for it to happen again. I do plan to add a save system, but it's a game jam submission so gotta wait for voting to close. Sorry again, worst bug of all time
I found that sometimes clicking to move causes an oxygen roll, but they won't move, especially when I'm clicking early/faster in my impatience. Upon testing, this seems to occur for me when I move my mouse over the next tile before they finish travel, then don't move my mouse before clicking- and the icon for moving won't show in that situation either.
It should remove an extra down symbol. So the standard has 3 downs, 2 blanks and 1 double down. Where the leak less *should* have only 2 downs, 3 blanks and 1 double down. Pretty sure I checked, but let me know if it's not correct. It is a pretty visually subtle change.
Was a lot of fun, felt like I was talking some big risks at points. Tho I think the "has chance to increase oxygen" powerup is broken, but otherwise a lot of fun, great game design :)
Nice concept with a cohesive art style. The high risk die doesn't seem to actually appear after buying it. Also, the two upgrades on the far right are inaccessible (right of bullets and harvest)

only problem I encountered is there is not more game! hoping to see further development
Once the game jam if over I just might, I've got a bunch of ideas so we'll see

Uh oh that's not good. Sorry, that's a super annoying bug, i'll get onto fixing it. Thanks for the feedback

ohhh okay, yes I've had this, but wasn't able to reproduce. okay 90ish% sure I've fixed it, thank you
What does leak less oxygen do? The oxygen leak dice (hover view) didn't change after I bought it.

Oh yes, sorry about that, all patched up now. Glad it pushed you into some risky situations, thanks for playing

Oh sorry you ran into that, I've fixed it up. Thanks for playing
