Searchly offers two billing options: a monthly subscription and a pay as you go model.
By choosing a subscription, you agree to:
Automatic monthly renewal
Recurring billing
Continuous access to all subscribed features until cancellation
By choosing pay as you go, you agree to:
Purchasing credits only when you need them
Using AI search features as long as credits remain available
No automatic charges or renewals
Both options allow you to use Searchly in the way that best fits your website’s needs.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under these conditions:
Refund Window:
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Refund Deductions:
Payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed in the first week of the following month.
Example:
If you cancel in April, the refund will be processed in the first week of June.
Refunds Are NOT Provided If:
The plugin is misused
Credits have been excessively used.
The license was shared or resold.
Terms were violated

4. License Terms

The user receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license.
Allowed:
✔ Use on your own website(s)
✔ Agencies may use one license per client site
✔ Purchase of additional credits at any time
Not Allowed:
❌ Reselling or sharing licenses
❌ Reverse engineering the plugin
❌ Using the plugin for illegal or harmful purposes
❌ Sending harmful or illegal content to the AI API

5. AI Disclaimer

Searchly uses OpenAI’s API for semantic search.
Therefore:
AI results may vary
AI may occasionally generate unexpected results.
You are responsible for reviewing the output shown on your website.
Bitlogia Digital is not responsible for AI inaccuracies.

6. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if:
Terms are violated
Fraudulent activity is detected.
API misuse occurs
The license is shared or resold.
Refunds are not applicable for misuse-based termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Bitlogia Digital is not responsible for:
• Loss of earnings
• Loss of data
• Website downtime
• Hosting/server issues
• AI-generated misunderstandings
• Third-party API outages (OpenAI, Stripe, WP ecosystem)
