Doomsday Gardeners

A ruined landscape, scarred by fire, radiation, or whatever apocalypse you imagine. Survivors find rare soil, clean water, or scraps of life. You are gardeners, each with a tiny patch, striving to grow hope together before the last season ends.

• Notepad, recording device, Notes app etc.

Elements of Play

• JOURNALLING AND SHARED NARRATIVE: In solo and multiplayer versions, chronicle your attempt to grow and maintain a garden at the end of everything,
• PROTECT YOUR GARDEN: Who knows what dangers lurk in the wilds around you? Raiders looking for what little you manage to grow. Toxic rains that threaten your meagre harvest.
• DO WHAT YOU MUST TO SURVIVE: It's a harsh world after the apocalypse. Hope can only get you so far, and you must defend your resources to survive.

Estimated Play Time:

Around 1-2 hours. Longer if your group really digs into the improvisational nature of the game. Probably shorter if playing single player.
