Yes and no. I wouldn't call the cheating story NTR if the SO never even appears in it and isn't made aware of the affair. To me at least that's a separate thing. There needs to be some level of awareness and discomfort for it to be NTR. Otherwise it's just cheating or NTS.
NTR is more nuance than cheating, it's where your love interest is taken away from you through corruption by the other person. The word Netorare means taken/stolen.
NTR is not literally what the word means, its an entire genre, and the genre is a lot more flavorful than "just cheating". It can involve significant people that arent SO, like sisters or mums, its more about the taste of someone taking away from you someone important for you, thats why "just cheating" its quite lame in comparison. Also OP is right, Polly is just cheating and its kind of the most boring of all the girls.

How does actually work since people vote for Characters, do you just say "No" when the next votes comes, also what defines people? How many are we talking about?
I make the votes so I put Characters in it that I want to work on next and they just choose which one it's gonna be. So I'm happy to work on whatever in the current vote is. And what defines people, basically as long as I can pay for my programmer, art assistant, animator, VAs I will keep working on this game.
He always keeps on adding girls and chapters, its just a matter of whom first, he chooses a bunch he really wants to do, and then makes a poll with those for people who support ($) to choose the final "winner" whom he gets to work next on. But in the end he is still always adding all the stuff eventually, and the pace is always the same, as fast as he can, he is always working. If thats not what you're asking I have no idea what you're asking.
I loved the game... especially Cath and Lilith's stories, which are fantastic. I hope there's a sequel and that both stories evolve. I believe the game has enormous potential, and I'd like to have a channel for direct communication with the developer, because I have ideas that I believe are very good and would make perfect sense in this model, since these are tools that can be used on any cell phone nowadays. So it would make perfect sense to have it on mobile and would open up many possibilities for these and new stories. I'm an admirer of NTR and cuckolding and consume almost everything related to it. I've played countless games with this theme, like the legendary NtrAholic, Handman Legend, and others. So I believe that my ideas as a consumer of this type of content can be used in NTR Phone as well. Congratulations on the excellent work on the game.

i can't menage to get cathryn to do eith alice on android, making exactly the same choices from the windons do not lead to the same ansers, on the chapter 6 the MC dont ask cathryn if she thinks alice hot

We're going to add a choice tree menu into the game that lets you jump to previous choices. But it's gonna take a while until that is finished.
Good update on Elena. I would particularly like her to get at least two more chapters. Good story progression. She has become my favorite character.

It's 95% a mixture of NTR and NTS, only 1 character has some Netori and that is Lilith.
