The Story of the game
You’re a 19-year-old student who’s just landed in Japan for an exchange program—an experience that promises new culture, fresh adventures, and maybe even love. Alongside you are your best friend Jackson, your longtime crush Julie, and her best friend Alice. Before the trip, you and Jackson made a pact: this is the time to finally confess your feelings. But will either of you actually go through with it?
Unbeknownst to most, Julie and Alice have a deeper reason for coming to Japan. Three years ago, Julie's sister Vanessa mysteriously vanished during her own exchange program in the same country. Now, Julie and Alice are determined to uncover the truth. Will they find answers—or meet the same mysterious fate?

Why guro/gore? I feel like that's the worst thing on the list

It's mostly for stabbing and some blood, like if someone died from gunshot. But the gore parts won't really be "viewed", it's mostly just mentioned in conversations.
Which rule are we talking about?
The whole itch Exodus was because of that content.
Also why is it in the kink list then?
If you check the kink list, you will see that it says "Barely" on it, meaning there won't be much at all.
As a example to this, you would not see it happen but it might have been like...
"This girl was being really bratty so we punished her by X and Y".
So you don't really get to see it, but you get to hear what happened.

You'll see in future updates that there are no big plans for it, the furthest it goes is just blood.

Man this got the tags I like but its takes entirely too long before I get to make choices.
Thats why I like into to your heart. Choices makes huge difference and they felt often enough to keep you engaged.
The reason why this game does not have huge choices is because it would split the game into different paths, as in tree branching. That would mean I need to focus on different paths each update and make the game double the size... You walk to the left, you get A in content, you walk to the right you get B in content.
Then I gotta decide, do I work on path A for this update or path B.
Choices will come that will lead to the same conclusion, but in the end of the game, there will be choices that split into paths, if I do that too early, it will make the game take very long to finish. <3
(This is still my first game, so I rather keep it a bit more simple as I'm still learning things).

are there ntr warning before choosing choice?
The thing is, NTR is planned for like a very late update (Very Very late), we're at 0.2 currently. It's mostly spoilers to reveal that but many people are discussing it.
So as of now, there is no NTR in the game and there won't be any for a long time, once any form of NTR is added to the game, there will be an obvious choice on NTR and no NTR.

It is completely preventable, that is what we mean with avoidable. When you get at that point, you will basically choose wether it happens or not. So it will neither happen in the background then.
The NTR is that the one will you steal the girl?
opposite
NTR (netorare) is basically cheating a girl cheats on you. Some go even further saying that your crush being taken by others is considered NTR, hence we had to write this. Netori which kinda also is part of NTR is you stealing other people's girls.
this is how most people see it. I think.
Netorare - your partner is stolen. (usually through SA or blackmail)
Netori - you steal someone else's partner. (You choose your own methods. Or your stealing from an abusive relationship.)
Netorase - your partner is shared. (usually with dubious consent)
BSS / I liked her first - no established relationship. Someone confesses before you.
Cheating - Your partner knows exactly what they are doing. Or you are two timing.
No this is not how most people see it if you mean your crush being stolen. That is more friendzone territory then NTR. There is only a handful who do. It only becomes NTR if you are in a relationship. Also NTR can happen without SA or blackmail easily, it basically is cheating while they steal the partner. This can happen through many ways.
(edit) Basically if this was the case it means if you have a crush IRL, but she starts dating some1 else and she friendzones you that already is NTR by that logic. Which means NTR wud be fairly common.
Nah. The crush being stolen falls under BSS if theres no established relationship.
People do generally differentiate between NTR and BSS and cheating genres. Based on relationship status of the characters and intent of the characters.

There even were comments on the current love dolls being NTR even if you don't know most of them.
Go tell the developers like N_Taii that their games aren't NTR, they'll laugh at you. Games like Scars of Summer? Not actually NTR according to guy that self-admittedly doesn't like the tag and probably doesn't engage with it.
Don't just google the word, you'll get a literal "definition" that is removed from the tag. For better or worse, this type of content is a staple of NTR as a genre. Your real life example ignores context like the depiction.

As the top of the page says : NTR (netorare) content is present but can be completely avoided depending on your decisions. So, yes, it can be avoided depending on the choices you make later on in the story.

Depends a bit on how you read and if you explore more, but around... 2 hours I would say, maybe faster.

Is this game finished? I'm aware updates for the REMASTER are ongoing, but is the original finished?
Hello! The game is not finished, we are working on 0.2 currently, the remaster was to improve the visuals of 0.1 and then also set a standard on what the game will look like in the future. I thought remastering the game early was better than to remaster it late. <3

Simply its used for direct browser upload and there is a limit and that current limit for that is 32GB with direct upload without Butler extension its 1GB

Ah, well in the start I didn't really understand what NTR was, I should change that tag tbh, but I made sure that game has avoidable NTR now, and as of 0.1 and 0.2 and 0.3 and so on, there is no NTR at all. So I can't say when it will be but it will be avoidable.

The plan should have at least three possible outcomes, right? A bad ending is definitely where everyone is captured, while a good ending may see someone sacrifice themselves? If everyone is rescued (including the girls before the protagonist's appearance), then it should be a perfect ending, right? (Will there be?)
Is the protagonist really just an ordinary boy? What I mean is that he looks very imposing in some individual scenes, so he can't perform too poorly in the future, right?
PS: The graphics and model texture are really good, but you need to add sound effects to be honest
There will be a lot of endings, which is secret endings, bad endings and so on... We already have a "bad ending" in 0.1, and will try to make one for each update, the finished version of the game will have a good ending, bad ending and secret ending. (These will be bigger, like real game endings.)
The main character, (you can read about him in the bios page, I also recommend reading about Miss Smug if you find the secret ending.) The character you play as has no special powers, but he has the help from the Goddess (Miss Smug) which is able to turn back time or sense when there is danger.
Thank you <3 The graphics did improve a ton from what it looked like in the original version before Remaster. Sound effects and music will be added like crazy in 0.2, filling in the spaces that was left open. The reason for this is because we ran out of time, we didn't have enough time and my sound and music maker was dealing with some personal life stuff.

I know this may be no place to ask but i saw in a comment there will be a good path can i plz ask for more details cuz i would personally love to be able to save at least the 3 girls that sit at the table the blond red head and black/blue hair girl that are your friends even if they they keep some love doll traits i would like to be able to save them or at least be able to keep them safe with me as there master and do no harm to them
Edit: now idk how this game will play out like idk if its story locked or if eventually if kinda gose open like were would you like to visit but either way i would like 2 things if possible first is hints if one of the options may leed to not being able to save a girl or not i would like to know the second is an idea so basically i would imagine people that have been exposed to the love doll collar long enough warps there mind so i would imagine that if you wana save the girls to there true old self you would have to do it fast ish but if you keep the collar on for to long it will warp there personally and mind permanently so i guss it would be like 5 stages you take it off stage 1 they completely normal stage 2 a lil up yo stage 5 were they are normal ish but have reataind a lot of the love doll mindset i guss idk
Another edit: i would imagine some of them cant be fully un love dolled mainly the 2 agents but you might be able to take over there loyalty to become yours or something and like if we can save your crushss big sis then there would probably be more work then not and her mind would be still warped to lessen the blow of her getting her idk mind back or she would be beyond distraught oh and the other person i wana be able to mabey save is the other girl that loved her dad cuz that one hurt a lot so being able to save her or help her dad save her would mean a lot even if she remains partially warped

heyo. first i figured id put it out there, i have tried your game and truthfully there were some area that i had a hard time getting through, but all in all, i think its good. that being said, i hope you have no plans on posting your game on steam... with what happened to "No Mercy" some might have issues with your game. (i didnt get to try/play No Mercy)
No plans on posting this game anywhere except itch.io, and the game would not be possible to post on Steam, as it uses the Koikatsu engine to create renders. That's the reason you don't see other Koikatsu games on steam.
And i wanna ask will be able to undo dolled characters or they gonna be stuck like that forever
Love Dolls can be undone and turned back to normal again, how? You'll find out later on in the game.

Specifically, gore and anything toilet-related are huge squicks for me. If those haven't been implemented in the game yet, or are easy to avoid (such as making certain decisions), I'd be glad to try out the game now! If they're currently unavoidable, I don't mind waiting until the option to avoid them is available, since this game seems really interesting!

With toilet in mind, only urine is implemented out of the ones you mentioned. But this will be avoidable at a later stage in the game, it's a very small segment of the game. So you'd have to decide yourself if you feel like playing the game now or waiting, thanks for the comment! <3
so is the remaster simply the original 0.1 game? Or does the 0.1 version go farther in the story?
It does not go further into the story, it stops at the same place as 0.1, but it adds new scenes that wasn't in the original 0.1. Around 200 new renders, it also adds a short story.

You know when a game first comes out and it sounds like a fantastic premise? Then the dev does an actual update from the demo and releases it it feels one step closer to completion?
Well all those happy feelings start to die when the dev doesn't actually continue making the game but instead "Remakes" the game. I can't feel bad that you remade the second release but I sure don't feel confident that the game will go any further.
I have not tried either version but I hope there was something horrific in version 0.1 that made a remake essential. I truly want to see this project completed so please don't give up on it but maybe get a few chapters in before the next "remake" or it just becomes a painful waste of talent.
Don't worry, this game won't be dropped. We have worked hard to get 0.1 Remaster out so we can finally start with 0.2 and then 0.3 until it's finished.
The remaster was needed because when I first started, the PR (Pre-Release) had pretty bad quality, people still liked it though, then I made 0.1 which upgraded the quality a bit, so 0.1 looked better than PR.
I decided to remaster the whole game to make a style that I can keep doing until the game is finished. 3 Remasters in total, and the 3rd one was the one we went with.
There won't be any more remasters now. <3
I am just at the point of meeting myself and my classmates in the original version 0.1 and I must say that although I don't understand the whole meet the 2 investigators scene I have enjoyed it so far. I am looking forward to testing out the remake once I finish this because a remake suggests better work and so far it has been smashing :D

You get the most information from joining the Discord server, in announcements. BUT! I'm working hard with my team of staff to get the remaster out as fast as we can, we are on the last stretch now, this update is big. <3 I'm setting a expected release date to be in 1-2 weeks from now. But this is just an expected release date, nothing is set in stone yet.
