ncPRO-seq is a tool for annotation and profiling of ncRNAs from smallRNA sequencing data. It aims to interrogate and perform detailed analysis on small RNAs derived from annotated non-coding regions in miRBase, piRBase, Rfam and repeatMasker, and regions defined by users.
