CLIPS is a forward-chaining rule-based programming language written in C that also provides procedural and object-oriented programming facilities.

tcllib is a Tcl-only library of standard routines for Tcl (no compiling required). This project also houses the CVS modules for BWidgets, tclbench, mclistbox, tclapps, and tklib. All of these are deprecated in favor of the fossil repositories found at the sites listed below. ShaniXmlParser is a small and fast Xml/Html DOM/SAX non validating parser written in java. It can parse invalid xml files. It uses the org.w3c.dom interfaces and the jaxp interfaces. It works also on mono/.net thanks to ikvm.
