PIHMgis is a “tightly-coupled” GIS interface to Penn State Integrated Hydrologic Model (PIHM). It is open source, platform independent and extensible. The “tightly-coupled” integrated GIS interface to PIHM has been created in the Open Source QGIS

Folder is a tool to simulate and analyse the development of structures in mechanically layered media during layer parallel shortening or extension. It includes a graphical user interface that allows for easy designing of complex geometrical models, defining material parameters (including linear and non-linear rheology), and specifying type and amount of deformation. It also includes a range of features that facilitate the visualization and examination of various relevant quantities e.g. velocities, stress, rate of deformation, pressure, and finite strain. Folder contains a separate application, which illustrates analytical solutions of growth rate spectra for buckling and necking of a single viscous layer. The Modular System for Shelves and Coasts (MOSSCO) is a coupling framework for Earth System Models. It helps users to integrate their own numerical models with other developments. Metaquokka is a highly configurable xml editor, currently available as Gridsphere portlet. Besides the default format, there is suppoert for ESysXML, a simulation description scheme for a geodynamics framework. Supports Generic Mapping Tools rudimentary.

Orbzilla is a flexible framework for orbit determination. It mechanizes the process of creating batch and Kalman filters to process spacecraft observations.

These classes are useful for signal processing in Matlab or C++. They bring together tools and methods which may be used interchangeably for Matlab and C++. Their initial use is in conjunction with work towards my degree at UC Berkeley.

icetools provides a development environment for numerical ice flow models/simulations. Nonlinear rheology and Stokes approach are implemented. "Ready to use" programs/scripts are available based on different numerical libraries, from educational to HPC

A Matlab/GNU Octave package for dynamic box models with any number of species and compartments. Box models are useful to study the dynamics of chemicals within systems that can be described by different compartments (e.g. environmental systems).

High-realistic war similator tuned for WWII epoch and around. Over 9000 historical weapons, full world gridded geodata, including climate and population {project abandoned in 2020 due to persistent stack smashing bug)
