minor change

It now uses only the jdk implementation of the producer, it cannot be
changed.

It now uses only the jdk implementation of the consumer, it cannot be
changed.

Stopping the consumer was not working.

It was not setting the destination on the message.

It now uses the MessageSenderFactory instead of the MessageSender.

Getter and setter for property rules was missing.

FilterManager needs a MessageSenderFactory, not a MessageSender.

Properties were not being setting correctly.
