Fix: case insensitive email comparison
Fix: Removed the FullName assignment, because it overwrites also the single structured components. This brought up a Google API bug in version 1.7.0.1, the AdditionalName cannot be accessed (write or get) because of a typo in the API (Addit<i>onalName). we must wait for a fix of the Google API
Fix: Fixed some minor issues regarding the unique properties matching
Fix: Check first, that an Outlook contact is not a duplicate,
e.g. by copying an existing Outlook contact
or by Outlook checked this as duplicate, but the user selected "Add new", because in these cases both Outlook contacts refer to the same GoogleID
