Improvement: not use Outlook Logon anymore, like adviced by MSDN blogs, this will avoid the Profile selection and the COM Exceptions

Improvement: try 3 times to access Outlook, if it fails (wait 10 seconds between each try to give Outlook the chance to start)
Improvement: Replaced Office version 11 by Office version 12 (2003)
