Made Logger a static class to access it from everywhere
Enhanced ErrorHandler and used where needed, to show ErrorDialog and add message to log

Fixed RPC Error when outlook was closed while Sync is running - creating new Outlook instance now
Tracker Bug 1: Show Error, Stacktrace and Sync-XML when adding contact fails
Fixed Hide-Button deactivation and Reset-LinkLabel deactivation while syncing
Caught Timeout exception when proxy is not configured (correctly) and giving a hint
Added Info that the user needs to restart after proxy settings change

Added option to not show the bubble when sync process is completed (who cares?)
Added quick-n-dirty Proxy support, that should reduce support issues or user requests
Added ErrorHandler to some - but not all - event handlers
