Fixed possible NullReference (Tracker ID: 3106744) due to concurrency

Fixed ArgumentOutOfRangeException (hopefully, no test available) as reported in tracker

- Added Test for Notes fields larger than supported by google. Skipping such contacts with a notification.
- Giving a hint why else a contact is skipped: for missing phone or e-mail
- On XP machine, the program blocked system shutdown. Fixed.
- Corrected app name everywhere, added the "Mod"
- Added better exception when MS Outlook is not installed
