fixed some issues with the Outlook Folder selection (only sync worked, but not creating new item, for that I needed to change from CreateItem() to Items.AddItem() to control the folder, the contacts are created in

only reset contacts and notes, if they are synced

FIX: Only check log file size, if log file size already exists

FIX: problem with SelectedValue - some times return object name.

FIX: validate rule for combobox

remove invalid characters from syncProfile folder (for notes files)

IMPROVEMENT: create new logfile, once 1MB has been exceeded (move to backup before)
