GO Contact Sync Mod Code

CHANGE:
- added class for external WinAPI Methods
- replace WinAPI Event Handler to .NET Event Handler (Standby/Resume and Session Lock/Unlock)
- make class SettingsForm really Singleton-Object

- added OS detection for Windows 8
- changed standard namespace from WebGear.GoogleContactsSync to GoContactSyncMod

added class VersionInformation (detect Outlook-Version and Operating-System-Version)

FIX: handled OleAut Date exceptions when updating birthday
IMPROVEMENT: open Settings GUI of running GCSM process when starting new instance (instead of error message, that a process is already running)

fix:
- allow only one instance of the program to prevent exception
(log-file exclusively locked from first instance)

Contact Sync Mod, Version 2.3

Change: Removed old namespaces and replaced with GoContactSyncMod namespace
Fix: The Option "Sync Deletion" was not stored after restart
Fix: If duplicate email addresses were found, the sync failed completely. If will continue now.
Fix: About screen did show the old version number
Fix: Google contacts that contained <HTCData> elements in content could not be synchronized
Fix: If Notes field contained any XML elements or invalid XML data, sync from Google to Outlook failed
Fix: Changed accelerator for "Sync" button
Improvement: If errors occur, the application version is reported in error dialog

Tracker Bug 1: Show Error, Stacktrace and Sync-XML when adding contact fails
Fixed Hide-Button deactivation and Reset-LinkLabel deactivation while syncing
Caught Timeout exception when proxy is not configured (correctly) and giving a hint
Added Info that the user needs to restart after proxy settings change

Added option to not show the bubble when sync process is completed (who cares?)
Added quick-n-dirty Proxy support, that should reduce support issues or user requests
Added ErrorHandler to some - but not all - event handlers
Handled unhandled exceptions
