added description how to get the UnitTests running in VS2010 or VS2008

fixed NullPointerException when LogUpdated was not handled. Important for UnitTests, because no Log window handling the event exists

- Show sync result in Log TextBox also when Balloon notification is switched off (Show no sync result in system tray)
- Show Product.ApplicationName in sytem tray icon and balloong => therefore I have changed the AssemblyInfo.AssemblyProduct to "GO Contact Sync Mod"

- only show warnings in notifyicon.Tooltip, if there are any
- show "Sync failed" in notifyicon.Tooltip, if there was an error

Checked also OutlookContacts without Match, if they are already in the GoogleDuplicates and skip them then with an Error message

completely refactored the MatchContacts function by first checking the syncIds and only if those don't exist, check some unique properties

Fixed several issues when saving ContactSync
Especially handling of primary and secondary fields (e.g. phone numbers or emails) has been improved
- commented out UpdateContact function because this is not necessary if a proper SyncOption consideration in SyncContact already decides which direction to use
