Galactic Tycoon is a large-scale space trading game for Mystic BBS v1.10+. It has similarities to TradeWars 2002, and Planet: The Exploration of Space, and might even be called DopeWars in Space.
Galactic Tycoon will only run as an add-on Mystic BBS v1.10 or later. If you do not know what Mystic BBS is, then Galactic Tycoon is not for you. Mystic BBS can be found on SourceForge as well. Search for MYSTICBBS for more information.
