Modified event routines. You can hit Q or ESC to quit the program.
You can hit M to toggle the mouse cursor on and off... This behaves very nicely.
I implemented it with Carbon routines with the new show and hide functions in
CarbonEventHandlers.h.

I'll preserve these for later use in the program... They'll be generally useful when we want to
switch between GUI mode and game mode... We want to capture the mouse when playing the game,
but give the user full mouse authority if they so so through a key-combo, or
when they're in a GUI (windowed or not... heck, we can use the system cursor!).
