Making PALAVRAS parser more forgiving.
It shouldn't blow up that easily on bad input now. Also, now headless `syn` relations are put in @palavras:headless_syn, not in `syn` (as it was breaking `Word.syn_iter` and `Word.syn_encode`, which actually expected a pair of elements).
