#6 Local admin
Add the functionality for administration to each
league individually. Currently it is global
administration or nothing. I’d like each league admin
to have admin rights only to his league. I’ve written
a script that creates the leagues and populates the
local admin field for the new league (below) but
unless I also give him global rights the new commish
only has user rights.
