Here is the procedure to reproduce the bug:
- starting point : an application plugin is started
- the admin changes the authorisation to this application plugin
- this application plugin is stopped automatically without administration action

The correct behavior is that the application must not change its status when the admin applies an authorisation on a role.

I cannot reproduce the BUG on which kind of application does the bug appear? I tried on ProxyApplication on our 8184 DMZ
