SQL to Java Code Generator Code

This is the first commit of the greenwade branch. It contains support for template packs and support for the many nifty new features of sql2java.

AF: add the build.xml from Charl
as well as the ability to get the project directly in eclipse

Made some changes supporting namespaces

This is the first version of the configuration schema. This isn't finished yet, we need additional XSD's to support the other configuration files. The tags inside this file are documented

I removed some classes which aren't used anymore. The Modifiers are included inside the parameters so they are of no use anymore
