SQL to Java Code Generator Code

first attempt to make a database browser
filtering schemas, tables, columns and procedures
with comma separated SQL patterns

now need to save the configuration
and make it generate the code for selected tables, columns and procedures

organized the imports
checked some Java5 warnings
made the XmlConfigurationWriter write out some configuration

Woohoo, today I got the generator working again. The common pack is generating again. Offcourse you can't do much without the other support packages but this is a start. Next thing to do is to convert the other templates so we can generate them all.
