SQL to Java Code Generator Code

Added Database Handling Classes:

DatatabaseDao : database save/delete methods
DatabaseCC : Database Collection containing drivers and connections

The GuiProperties object will read the gui configuration from an XML file. It will use the XmlConfigurationReader to do so.

Modified the XMLConfigurationReader to ease debugging

Added Icons to be used by the GUI

Added JGoodies libraries to use with the GUI.

JPetshop Table structure and data for JavaDB (Derby)

tried to create a gui using the netbeans form designer

presenting the indices in the browser

adding the index support to tables

Checked support for javaDB. This would make development inside netbeans a bit easier.
I also have been looking into the index problem. It seems the indeces weren't added to the table yet. I changed this but now the code will throw a resource not found exception because the reference table won't be loaded yet. Maybe using ReferencePointers will solve the problem. This will be the next thing I will be looking into. ResourcePointers to the rescue
