SQL to Java Code Generator Code

Commit after ignoring netbeans project files

Rechanged the project structure

Removed file/folder

Created the trunk folder to restructure the project

ParameterizedFile won't be used in the project. The same is true for the TemplateSet which is replaced by the Feature System

I have made some minor changes to the code. Mosty deletions of depricated code.

I forgot to add these libraries which are needed for the project
