small changes to Spanish localization file from Pichuneke

fixed the NullPointerException when starting without a filename

honors the fixed font flag now, top window ignores the standard font and always uses fixed font now

running from command line works again

made transcripting work again, was faulty flags2 width, which should be 2 bytes wide
