Dual Contouring
Here are implementations of the Dual Contouring algorithm (SIGGRAPH 2002, see http://www1.cse.wustl.edu/~taoju/research/dualContour.pdf). The C++ code was co-developed by Tao Ju and Scott Schaefer, and Java port is done by Jean-Denis Boudreault.
VISAGE
A generic geospatial analysis and viewing capability using Perl scripts that provides the foundation and structure for readily creating KML data files from disparate data sources. KML files can be read and viewed by Google Earth and other tools.
KmlBuffer
Given the POIs and the distance of buffer in a txt files delimited by spaces/tabs/newlines, the program reads them and creates buffers around them and creates a KML file of it which can be viewed by Google earth.
