h24 Framework

This framework was coded in less than 24 hours for the fun of it and to simply implement basic structure for further developments !

Its structure is separated into two main folders : Core and App - you should never have to edit the Core part as it's going to be the one updated.

The App part on the other hand is yours and you should be able to do whatever you want from it very easily...
