Description

The goal of this program is to make easier and faster the process of creating bookmarks for DjVu and PDF documents.

The program has next features:

    - Create bookmarks from text TOC (table of contents).
    - Import bookmarks from STDU Viewer.
    - Modify existing bookmarks in DjVu and PDF documents.
    - Ñreate bookmark trees manually.
    - Restructuring bookmarks, shifting page numbers.
    - Embed bookmarks into DjVu or PDF documents.

	Vesrion 1.1.5.0

		The program has been adapted for Linux and Mac OS X.
		Fixed some small bugs.

	Version 1.1.4.0

		Language resources has been moved to separated XML files.
		Added ability to specify custom expressions in the dialog of the shifting numbers of pages.
		Now supports all versions of PDF format using the library iTextSharp.
		Added Ukrainian localization (author: oleksandr-6c6c6)

System requirements:

	Win32 NT/XP/7
		Platform:.NET Framework 2.0 or above.
	
	Linux
		Platform: Mono (Test on Ubuntu 10.04, Mono 2.4.4)
		Required packages: Mono, DjVuLibre. For Debian and Ubuntu need 
		install packages mono-complete and djvulibre-bin
			
			sudo apt-get install mono-complete
			sudo apt-get install djvulibre-bin
				
	Mac OS X
		Platform: Mono (Tested on Mac OS X 10.6.8, Mono 2.10.5)
		Required packages: 	Mono, DjVuLibre
